"I have been using different brands of CBD salve and tincture for over a year now with mixed results. I was using the salve on an arthritic knee and thumb and used the tincture for sleep issues. I had pretty much quit using it consistently because of the mixed results and because a report I read exposing the lack of quality controls and CBD amounts being so variable or even non-existent in many of the tested products.
